1.How old do you need to be to ride an adult electric scooter?
We recommend all riders are at least 14 years of age before riding an electric scooter.

2.Can you use an electric scooter in the rain?
This depends on the model’s IP rating.
An IP rating of 4 or higher indicates water resistance – models that can be ridden in the rain (the second digit of an IP rating refers to water ingress).  View our water resistant iSinwheel Electric Scooters, which have been designed to be protected in all UK weather conditions.

3.How long does it take to deliver?
EU/IE/UK 1-3 business days delivery. Due to Covid-19 our couriers are experiencing extremely high volumes and reduced staff that has caused delays within their network. We are working hard to ensure all orders arrive in a prompt and timely manner.

4.Cancelling Your Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our email address: support@isinwheel.co.uk. Please include your order number when contacting us.
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately.
If your order is in transit, or has already been delivered, you will need to arrange a return with us

5.My Electric scooter is faulty/damaged?
Faulty electric scooter – Less than 14 days post-delivery 
If your electric scooter arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault during normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer’s manual) within 14 days of you receiving it you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

6.What is the warranty with this product?

We offer a 12-month warranty for the scooter. We take care of quality-related issues by offering replacement parts.

7.How long does it takes my order to ship?
Our average order fulfillment time is 1 business day, with a 1-3 business days shipping time. We ship Monday through Friday. Holiday shipping can increase the time it takes to fulfill your order.

9.What is your return policy?
30-Day Money Back: For 30 days after the date of purchase, you can return your undamaged/unused iSinwheel product and receive a refund for any reason. Please note that iSinwheel is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of packages that are not due to quality issues and are initiated by the customer.

10.What warranty is included?
Up to 12 months warranty: We offer 12 months for the scooter. We take care of quality-related issues with a replacements parts.

11.Can I take my iSinwheel Products on an airplane?
We recommend contacting your airline directly to inquire about flying with your scooter. With airline approval, devices can contain larger lithium ion batteries (101-160 watt hours per battery). Most of our scooters hold a bigger lithium ion battery than 160W, which you will not be able to fly with. You can find battery information on the underside of the scooter deck.
