Extended Warranty Service

• What is extended warranty service?

After purchasing an extended warranty, the extended warranty period is added to the standard warranty period. For example, if the original product has a warranty period of 12 months and you purchase a 6-month extended warranty, the warranty period for the original product will then be 18 months.

• How do I redeem the warranty I purchased?

No manual redemption is required. After purchase, we will automatically note the warranty you acquired based on your order and automatically extend the warranty period for the corresponding product.

• 
  Are all warranty cover range the same?

No. The warranty for electric bicycles covers the entire vehicle, including the frame and the battery, etc. The warranty for electric scooters applies to all parts except the battery. Therefore, the warranty for electric bicycles is slightly more expensive.

• Why isn't the warranty for electric scooters extended to the battery?

Our standard battery warranty is 6 months, which is the industry standard, while the warranty for other parts of the scooter is 1 year. Therefore, their warranty periods are calculated and sold separately.
