WARRANTY POLICY

isinwheel.co.uk offers warranty services for customers in the United Kingdom.

Kindly note:

  1. Consumable parts of our products provide a 6-month warranty,  and any accessories purchased separately are not included as part of your warranty.  
  2. The 12-month warranty against original defects in material and workmanship from the date you physically receive the scooter.
  3. This warranty covers the cost of labor and parts required to maintain your scooter in proper working order for the 12-month warranty period.
  4. The warranty covers use during light rain and riding through puddles on the ground, but not soaking in water or exposure to strong rain for prolonged periods of time. Use in these conditions will invalidate the warranty.
  5. Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when making inquiries on this warranty.

If there are quality problems with accessories outside the warranty period, please report them within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement. Otherwise, the buyer must purchase it at his own expense.

If any of the parts above fail in normal use, please contact us and retain your proof of purchase for reference in time, and we will provide complete after-sale service.

Warranty Exemptions and Notes

  1. Accessories are not covered by the warranty or all accessories bought separately.
  2. Damage from improper use, such as exceeding the vehicle's speed limits/overloading/overweight;  prolonged exposure to rain, or immersion in water; damage caused by misuse and/or neglect, or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual.
  3. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or distributors outside the authorized market.
  4. Using unauthorized or non-original parts, or opening, disassembling, or modifying the scooter by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
