WARRANTY POLICY
isinwheel.co.uk offers warranty services for customers in the United Kingdom.
1. Electric Scooter Warranty Period: 1 Year
Consumable Parts (6-month warranty):
Battery, motor, controller, dashboard, charger, shock absorber
Other Parts (12-month warranty):
All parts excluding the consumables listed above are covered for 12 months.
The following parts are NOT covered under warranty:
Tires, inner tubes, paint finish, all screws
2. Electric Bike Warranty Period: 2 Years
Consumable Parts (12-month warranty):
Battery, motor, controller, dashboard, throttle, charger, mudguards, pedals
Other Parts (24-month warranty):
Front fork, seat post, handlebar, shifter, brake lever, brake system, crank & chainring, sprockets, derailleur, frame, disc brakes
The following parts are NOT covered under warranty:
Paint finish, reflectors, tires, inner tubes, all screws
3. Kids’ Scooter / Balance Bike Warranty Period: 1 Year
Consumable Parts (6-month warranty):
Battery, motor, controller, charger, throttle, charging port
Other Parts (12-month warranty):
All parts excluding the consumables listed above are covered for 12 months.
⚠️ Important Notes – NOT Covered Under Warranty:

Damage caused by natural wear and tear, improper use, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the user manual for operation, storage, or maintenance.

Accessories are not covered by warranty. All separately purchased accessories are also not covered.

Warranty covers use in light rain and splashing through puddles, but not long-term exposure to rain or submersion in water.

Using unauthorized or non-original parts, or disassembling/modifying the scooter by unauthorized personnel, will void the warranty.

Damage caused by improper use, poor storage, or accidents (e.g. overspeeding, overloading, exceeding weight limits) is not covered.

Warranty does not include free product replacement.

Hoverboard go-karts are considered accessories and are not covered under the standard warranty.

Extended warranty refers to extended support and repair services, not an extension of the return or exchange period.
4. How do I make a claim?

Fill out the warranty information sent by customer service to initiate the warranty service.
