Create a free isinwheel account and use the same account when you shop. Earn 3 points per £1 of eligible product spend after discounts, with fractions rounded down to whole points. Shipping, gift card purchases and amounts covered by a rewards voucher do not earn points. One-off tasks are awarded once per account.

Purchase points, first-order bonuses and event bonuses appear as pending, then become available after the applicable return window closes. Cancelled or refunded purchases do not qualify. Partial refunds reduce earned points proportionately. Account and subscription bonuses are available once the action has been verified.

Yes, on eligible sale-priced products. Use one rewards voucher per order. Rewards vouchers cannot be combined with another discount code, a referral voucher or an additional bundle discount. Any excluded products must be displayed before you exchange your points.

Exchange 500 points for £5 off £49; 1,000 for £10 off £99; 2,000 for £20 off £199; 3,000 for £30 off £299; or 5,000 for £50 off £499. Minimum spend is based on eligible products after sale reductions and before the rewards voucher. Shipping and excluded products do not count towards the minimum.

On announced dates and qualifying models, earn a total of 9 points per £1: 3 base points plus 6 extra points. Each account can earn up to 3,000 extra points across the entire event, including multiple orders. Base points continue after the bonus cap is reached. Other points multipliers do not stack. The calculator assumes you have not used any of your event bonus allowance.

Points expire 12 months after they become available. Rewards vouchers expire 90 days after exchange. Expiry reminders are sent before points expire. Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Receive 300 points as a Rider, 400 as an Explorer, 500 as a Pioneer or 800 as a Legend. Your tier on your birthday determines one annual award. A completed qualifying purchase and a birthday added at least 30 days ahead are required.

Your friend must be a first-time customer and place an eligible order of £299 or more to use their £20 referral voucher. Your £20 voucher is released after their return window closes and the referral is verified; your voucher also requires a £299 minimum spend. Each referral voucher is valid for 90 days after issue. Self-referrals and duplicate or fraudulent accounts do not qualify.

Join as a Rider; reach Explorer at £200, Pioneer at £500 and Legend at £1,000 in lifetime qualifying spend. Orders count after the return window closes. Discounts, shipping, gift card purchases and refunds are excluded from qualifying spend. There is no annual requalification. Refunds can adjust your level; spending points does not.

All levels earn 3 points per £1. Higher tiers unlock larger birthday rewards, upgrade vouchers and extra benefits. In qualifying 3× events, all levels earn 9 points per £1, with up to 3,000 extra event points per account. Base points continue after the cap.

Explorer: £5 off £49 on selected accessories. Pioneer: £10 off £69 on selected accessories plus £20 off £299 on a selected scooter or e-bike. Legend: £15 off £99 on selected accessories plus £30 off £399 on a selected scooter or e-bike. Accessories vouchers last 90 days; next-vehicle vouchers last 180 days. Each is used on a separate order and cannot stack with other codes, vouchers, points-redemption gifts or additional bundle discounts. Each tier is rewarded once; if one order crosses several tiers, only the highest newly reached tier’s rewards are issued.

Use 1,000 available points for the selected cable lock, or 2,500 for the selected helmet with rechargeable light, while stocks last. Each requires an eligible paid-product order of at least £49 after sale reductions. The reward is supplied with that order, with no extra delivery charge for the reward. One points-redemption gift per order; no other voucher, discount code or additional bundle discount may be used. Check product fit, size and availability before confirming.

Out-of-stock rewards cannot be redeemed. If a confirmed reward cannot be supplied, the points are returned unless you agree to an alternative. If the whole order is cancelled before dispatch, redemption points are restored and purchase points are cancelled. If a return would take the paid order below £49, contact support to arrange return of the unused reward and restoration of its redemption points. Faulty products remain covered by applicable rights.

Already-issued vouchers retain their original terms. Existing membership benefits and pending accessory redemptions will be addressed in the announced transition arrangement. Any changes affecting points earned before the new programme starts will be communicated separately with a clear transition arrangement. This preview does not change your existing balance or rewards.
