1. What is a membership loyalty program?
The isinwheel Credits loyalty program allows customers to earn points on isinwheel.fr, which can then be redeemed for rewards and membership benefits as a thank-you for their loyalty.
2. Who can join the isinwheel Credits rewards program?
Anyone residing in the EU and aged 14 or above (or having reached the legal age in their country) is eligible to participate in the program.
3. How can I join the isinwheel Credits rewards program?
If you already have an isinwheel account or have purchased an electric scooter or e-bike, you are automatically enrolled. Simply log in to your account.
If you do not yet have an account, please sign up to start earning rewards.
4. Do my rewards, benefits, and credit points have a monetary value?
No. Rewards, benefits, and credit points earned through the loyalty program have no monetary value and cannot be transferred to third parties.
However, you can now use your isinwheel Credits like cash: they allow you to deduct part of the total amount when checking out.
Please note that credit points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between different accounts.
5. Can I merge two different points accounts?
No. Points accumulated in different accounts cannot be merged or combined.
6. Does my membership status expire?
No. Your membership status never expires, and you will continue to enjoy all membership benefits as long as your account is active.
However, loyalty points are valid for 12 months. Any points that are not redeemed or used within this period will expire. We will send you an email notification before your points expire.
1. How can I earn isinwheel Credits?
You can earn isinwheel Credits by logging in to isinwheel.fr and making purchases. For example, you can earn credits by creating an account, completing your profile, subscribing to isinwheel emails, and sharing our store and products on social media.
2. When will I receive my isinwheel Credits?
Points earned from website purchases and related tasks will be credited approximately 15 days after the payment is confirmed.
(Note: This applies to all purchase rewards, including those earned from a first-time purchase.)
Points earned from other one-time tasks will be credited immediately after completion.
3. What should I do if I think my isinwheel Credits were not correctly credited to my account?
If you have any questions regarding your membership account, please contact isinwheel customer service at support@isinwheel.co.uk.
4. Can I earn points for transactions made before the launch of the isinwheel Credits loyalty program?
No. Points can only be earned by creating an account and making purchases after the launch of the isinwheel Credits loyalty program. In other words, only purchases made after January 31, 2026 are eligible for points.
5. Will my points be deducted if I return or cancel my order?
Yes. If you return or cancel your order, the isinwheel Credits earned from that transaction will be deducted.
6. Do isinwheel Credits expire?
Yes. isinwheel Credits earned after creating an account through purchases and task completion will expire after one year. Expired points will be automatically deducted from your account.
1. Can I combine point redemptions with other discounts and coupons?
Yes. Points can be used together with other discount vouchers. 100 points equal £1.
2. How can I use my isinwheel Credits to redeem products?
To use your points, log in to your account and go to the “Use My isinwheel Credits Rewards” section. Select the product you want, then click “Use Now”, enter your shipping information, and submit your request.
3. Do I need to pay shipping fees for products redeemed with points?
No. We offer free shipping on all products redeemed with points.
4. Can I cancel, return, or exchange a product redeemed with points?
No. Once a product has been redeemed with points, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Please review your selection carefully before confirming your request.
If the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact isinwheel customer service within 7 days at: support@isinwheel.co.uk.
5. Can products redeemed with points be shipped together with items I purchased on isinwheel?
No. Products redeemed with points will be shipped separately.
