U1 Unboxing Guide
E01 Controller Malfunction
Check if all the interface connection wires of the controller are properly connected or damaged.
E02 Communication Failure
Check if the connection cables of the instruments and controllers are normal. If they are all normal, consider replacing the instrument or controller.
E03 Motor Hall Fault
Reinsert the connectors of the controller and motor lines. Check if the motor line is damaged. If everything is normal, consider replacing the motor.
E04 Accelerator Malfunction
First, check if the connection of the throttle cable interface is normal. You can turn off the scooter, hold the brake lever without releasing it, then turn it on. If the error code appears, replace the controller.
E05 Brake Handle Malfunction
Check if the brake lever rebound function is normal. Alternatively, unplug each brake lever one by one—replace the one where the brake symbol disappears.
E06 Motor Phase Loss Fault
Check the motor and controller interfaces. If all interfaces are normal, consider replacing the controller or motor.
