Q10: Unable to power on
A10: It is normal that the device cannot power on while charging. Try turning it on when not charging.
If the charger indicator flashes red and green alternately, replace the charger.
If the red light stays on during charging, the battery is normal and the controller should be replaced.
If the green light stays on from the beginning, the battery may be faulty and should be replaced.
Q11: Unable to connect to the app
A11: Make sure phone location services are enabled.
Ensure the app is correctly installed.
Try a different phone, as some may have compatibility issues.
If the issue persists, replace the instrument panel.
Q12: Scooter shuts off while riding
A12: If the charger shows green immediately when plugged in, test the battery and charger voltage. If not possible, replace the battery.
Q13: Unable to turn off
A13: If the headlight switch and gear position can be adjusted normally, replace the meter.
If not, replace the controller.
Q14: The headlights cannot be turned off
A14: Replace the controller.
Q15: Why is the frame not horizontal
A15: The frame is intentionally designed to be higher in the front and lower in the rear. This brings the handlebar closer to the rider and improves riding comfort and control.
Q16: The handlebar turn signal is broken
A16: This is usually caused by user damage. It does not affect normal riding. The signal light can be replaced if necessary.
Q17: The thermometer icon on the instrument is flashing or always on and affects riding
A17: The motor naturally heats up during use.
When the temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius, the thermometer icon flashes and the controller limits current, reducing power.
At 110 degrees Celsius, the icon stays on and the scooter stops working.
After cooling, the scooter can be used again.
This is a protection mechanism to prevent motor damage from overheating. If the customer cannot accept this feature, you may discuss unplugging the white temperature control wire.
