1. What if I can't find the part I need?
Just because a part isn't listed on our website doesn't mean we don’t have it. Feel free to contact our customer service team at support@isinwheel.co.uk. Our 24/7 support agents will help you locate the part you need as quickly as possible.
2. How long will it take for my parts to arrive? Does it follow the 1–3 day shipping standard?
Spare parts are usually delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on stock availability.
For example, if you purchase a GT2 controller and it’s in stock at our UK warehouse, we will ship it locally, and you’ll typically receive it within 1–3 days.
However, if the item is only available in our German warehouse, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
3. I ordered a scooter and an inner tube, but only the scooter arrived. Where is my part?
Accessories and spare parts are shipped separately.
To ensure fast and secure delivery, we prioritize dispatching the main vehicle first.
Your parts will be sent in a separate parcel. If you're unsure about the delivery status, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
4. Which courier will deliver my spare parts?
We typically use FedEx or DPD for UK deliveries from our local warehouse.
If the part is out of stock in the UK, we may ship from one of our EU warehouses using international logistics services.
5. Can I return a spare part if I’m not satisfied?
Normally, spare parts that have been successfully delivered are not eligible for return, and they are not covered under isinwheel’s standard return policy.
If you have any issues with the part you received, please contact support before taking any further steps.
