E04 – Short Circuit Fault

Need to replace the controller.

E06 – Low Voltage

  • Check if the dashboard wire has too much resistance.
  • Check the connection between the secondary controller and the primary controller.

E09 / E19 – Secondary Motor Hall Anomaly

  1. Check if the motor wire is broken.
  2. Remove the battery’s bottom cover and ensure the wiring between the controller and the motor is securely connected.
  3. Reconnect if necessary.

E10 – Instrument or Controller Communication Fault

Replace the dashboard and the controller.

E11 / E12 / E13 – Instrument or Controller Fault

Replace both the instrument and the controller with the same model.

E14 – Accelerator Fault

  1. Check if the accelerator is loose or not springing back properly.
  2. Check the motor and the phase line of the controller.
  3. Ensure the accelerator resets completely and the connection is normal.
  4. Try disconnecting the accelerator cable and restarting the scooter to isolate the issue.
  5. Replace the accelerator if needed.

E15 – Brake Failure

  1. Check if the brake lever or brake finger is stuck; press several times to release.
  2. Inspect the brake lever connection and make sure it is secure and undamaged.
  3. Replace the brake lever if the problem persists.

E16 / E17 / E18 – Motor Failure

  1. Check if the motor wire is broken.
  2. Remove the battery’s bottom cover and ensure the wiring between the controller and the motor is securely connected.
  3. Reconnect if necessary.Replace the motor if needed.

E50 – Bus High Voltage

  1. Check if the battery voltage is abnormal.
  2. If the mains voltage is too high, leave the scooter unused for a few hours and then recharge.
  3. If the issue continues, replace the battery and controller.

E53 – System Overload

  1. The system load was exceeded.
  2. Restart the scooter.
  3. If the fault still appears at startup, replace the controller.

E55 – Controller High Temperature Alarm

  • The controller temperature is too high during use.
  • Let the scooter cool down in a stationary position, then restart.If the fault persists, replace the controller.

E58 – Battery High Temperature Alarm

  • The battery temperature is too high during use.
  • Let the scooter cool down in a stationary position, then restart.
