We ship from our Birmingham warehouse in the UK, using trucks or trusted carriers like Fedex/DHL and DPD to ensure efficient and safe delivery.

• England: Delivery within 1-3 business days. 
• Scotland and Wales: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
• Northern Ireland: Delivery within 2–4 business days.

1. Delivery refers to the time from dispatch to successful receipt and does not include order processing time (within 24 hours). Please be aware that severe weather or other force majeure events may cause delays in logistics.
2. Our warehouse processes orders Monday to Sunday to ensure prompt handling. However, to maintain the highest quality and coordinate with our delivery partners, shipments are only dispatched from Monday to Friday.

   Orders placed or processed over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.
