REFUND POLICY
At iSinwheel, we always prioritize customer satisfaction. Our dedicated teams for quality control and quality assurance will inspect your items before shipping to ensure their top-notch quality. We guarantee the quality of our products.
OUR PROMISE
Simple & Efficient: iSinwheel offers a simple and efficient warranty process that is easy to follow.
EASY STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- Ensure that you have met all return request criteria and upload all necessary documents and pictures.
- Upon confirmation, ship the product back to us.
- Pack the product in original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it will arrive undamaged. This is the customer's responsibility.
- Once the products are received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund. We will process the refund within 5 business days.
CANCELLATION
Customers are allowed to request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship the order within 7 business days. Additionally, customers may cancel their order if the item has not yet been shipped. Once the item is shipped, a £20-30 shipping cost plus 10%-20% restocking fee will be applied.
Note:
- If you decide to cancel your order and your package hasn't been shipped, we will handle a full refund minus 5% operating fee immediately.
- If you decide to cancel your order but your package has been shipped, please just reject the package directly. We will handle a full refund minus £20-30 shipping cost plus 10%-20% restocking fee after receiving the return at our warehouse.
- If you don't reject the package and receive it, but still want to return the item, we need to charge you a £40-60 shipping cost to apply for a return label.
- Due to the high cost of the return label, we cannot provide return and full refund service for all accessories. We can consider a 10-50% refund according to the actual situation.

For Non-defective Products/No-longer Needed Products:
- Within 14 days: We offer a full refund within 14 days, but the customer needs to pay an additional £20-30 for shipping costs.
- Over 14 days: The refund will be 30%-80%, depending on the actual problem and situation. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

- Within14 days: We offer a full refund within 14 days.
- Over 14 days: The refund will be 30%-80%, depending on the actual problem and situation.
- Return RMA Validity: 14 days (from the date the RMA was created).
* A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from iSinwheel within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment.
EXCHANGE
Only 30 Days Allowed Replacement:
- Undamaged/Unused iSinwheel Products: We allow replacement for undamaged/unused iSinwheel products within 30 days from the date of purchase, without any additional freight or handling charges.
- Products with Quality Problems: If the products have quality problems, a full refund including freight charges or a partial refund with no handling charge can be issued within 30 days from the date of purchase. Replacement will be initiated on the second business day after receiving the returned package from the customer.
- Please Note: Replacement is only allowed within the 30-day period from the date of purchase.
14 DAYS NO REASON RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged, and labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
We can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs (£45), to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.
WARRANTY EXEMPTIONS AND NOTES
- Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, damage due to immersion in water, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
- If you have damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
- If you chose the wrong item, iSinwheel will offer an exchange or refund for you, but please note that shipping costs to return the items are at your expense.
For any issues, please contact us and follow our warranty process: To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at support@isinwheel.co.uk stating your reason for return and attach images/video of the product, and provide your order number. Once your request is approved, you can return the item to our UK warehouse and may request the tracking numbers of your item(s).
Note:

We offer full or partial refunds for products with quality issues and can send corresponding accessories or offer a partial refund for damaged or missing accessories.

About Refund Difference Price:
- Within 14 days: Partial refunds of the price difference are available.
- After 14 days: We may send a free gift but cannot offer a refund.

If a customer provides the wrong delivery address or refuses to accept the package without quality issues, an extra fee of £20-30 is required for resend.

For returned or exchanged items, we need 3-6 business days to process the solution. After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
- Paypal account refunds: up to 48 hours.
- Credit card refunds: between 7-14 business days.
- Express shipping cost: Non-refundable.
- No refunds: After your order has shipped out.

Please note that the accessories range is not subject to the above return policy. Once sold, accessories cannot be returned or refunded. Please purchase with care.
