I recently had the pleasure of testing the iSinwheel S10MAX SUV Electric Scooter, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, the scooter feels robust and well-constructed—like a true urban SUV on two wheels.

First Impressions and Build Quality

Weighing in at 22.1kg, the S10MAX isn’t the lightest scooter, but the aluminium alloy frame feels exceptionally sturdy. The 19cm-wide deck provides plenty of space for comfortable foot positioning, even on longer rides. I particularly liked the three-second folding system—it makes carrying and storing the scooter remarkably easy.

The suspension system is impressive. The front swing arm and rear spring suspension absorb bumps and uneven surfaces effortlessly, making every ride smooth and controlled. Combined with the 10-inch inflatable off-road tyres, the ride feels remarkably stable, whether navigating city streets or tackling rough terrain.

Rider Comfort

Rider comfort is a standout feature of the S10MAX. The wide deck allows for a relaxed stance, while the responsive suspension reduces fatigue even on longer journeys. The handlebar height is adjustable, giving me a natural riding posture, and the scooter’s overall weight distribution keeps it balanced and secure, making it easy to manoeuvre in traffic or crowded spaces.

I tested all three riding modes: Eco for energy-efficient cruising, Standard for everyday use, and Sport for when I wanted a bit of adrenaline. Climbing steep hills was a breeze thanks to the scooter’s 35% climbing ability.

The 54.6V 15.6Ah battery provides a range of 37–44 miles under ideal conditions, which is more than enough for a full day of commuting or weekend adventures. Charging takes 6–7 hours, which is reasonable considering the battery’s capacity.

The S10MAX comes equipped with a comprehensive lighting system, enhancing both safety and style. The adjustable headlight is bright and well-focused, perfect for low-light conditions, while the taillight keeps you visible to other road users.
