1. Holiday Shipping Notice:

Due to the impact of COVID-19, our carriers are prioritizing the delivery of vaccine shipments and as a result, you may experience a delay in receiving your gifts this holiday season.

2. Delivery countries:

We currently deliver all iSinwheel products to the UK.

3. Shipping Cost and Time:

Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping is currently the only option available. Shipping is free for all orders in the UK, and delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

4. Order Cancellation:

Customers can request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship their order within 7 business days. Customers may also cancel their order if their item has not been shipped. Once an item is shipped, orders cannot be canceled. If a customer refuses the package upon delivery, they will be charged for the £20-30 for shipping cost.

5. Tracking Packages:

Once an order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number to track the package. Customers will receive a shipment notification, including the tracking information, via email when their order is processed and leaves our facility.

After receiving the shipping number, we may ship from the UK. Customers can check their order status and delivery details at

6. Order Processing:

Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1 day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Customers with special cases or requirements can leave a note when adding items to their cart. We are a professional electric scooter company with 8 years of experience.

7. Delivery Time:

Delivery time depends on the delivery location. Customers can check their tracking information on the carrier's website for estimated delivery time. Please note that the tracking information may not be available for up to 72 hours from the time the order is placed.

8. Green Shipping Protection:

Guarantee safe delivery of your package by protecting them against loss, damage, and delay.

  • Delay: Claim for $5 in your local currency if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international package).
  • Damage: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
  • Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international package).

Seel Buyer Protection (Shipping Protection) also includes carbon-neutral shipment within the recipient’s country.
