Fantastic service, just a little hiccup but nothing to worry about just a bit of a slow process of communication but it was a bank holiday so just us being impatient as for packaging 1st class the scooter is phenomenal upside as well is the battery pack was already charged, scooter easy to essemble, if you need a quick tip, take the battery off the scooter before lifting in and out of vehicle the battery is held down with some Velcro, the scooter is fantastic thank you very much 5*’s to your company

I got my e bike , it is really god , easy to ride and worth ti.
